Returns & Exchanges


At Dardanos.com we offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee.  Return your unused purchase, in its original packaging, within 30 days to receive a full refund of your purchase price. Please read the details of our return policy below.

To be accepted as a return, all merchandise must be in original and unworn condition. All items must be returned in its original packaging with any tags still attached. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date purchased, accompanied by a return form. [Click Here For Return Form]

Returns and exchanges are processed within 2 days of receiving your shipment, please keep in mind that standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Once your purchase is accepted for a return a full refund of your purchase, minus the initial shipping charge, will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
 
Any sale prices are while supplies last only. Rainchecks will not be given for sold out merchandise.
All sales are FINAL on shoes polishes and shoe care products.

Footwear Returns:
All footwear must be unworn and in original condition. We recommend trying on and wearing your footwear indoors, on carpet before wearing them outside.  Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not provide shipping labels for returns with refund but we do provide return labels for exchange items. Unfortunately because we are a small family owned company Dardano's Shoes simply cannot afford to pay for shipping on returns. If you use a label given to you for an exchange for a return the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Accessory, Sock & Handbag Returns:
All items must be unworn and in its original condition. All tags must still be attached in order to receive a full refund. .  Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 Shoe Care Product Returns:
All shoe care products must be returned unopened and in its original packaging to receive a full refund. .  Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All sales are final on any merchandise marked FINAL SALE

 
Returns made after 30 days:
Returns made after the Dardano’s 30-day comfort guarantee time will be returned to the customer with no refund issued.
 
Incorrect or Defective Merchandise:
If you have received a defective item or an item in error, please contact Dardano’s Customer Service at: Customerservice@dardanos.com or at 877-DARDANO x 21 for further instructions on how to return your purchase. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accepted for return.
 

Dardano’s store locations cannot and will not process any returns for purchases made on the Dardanos.com website.
We understand that this may be a slight inconvenience for anyone living in the Denver Metro area but our internet and store inventories are in separate locations as well as our credit card processing systems. Retail location staff members do not have access to the internet credit card processing system and are unable to issue you a refund for your purchase. Dardano’s will gladly exchange your purchase for another product available on Dardanos.com. Return the unworn item, in its original; packaging, along with the Dardano’s Return/Exchange Form to:

Exchanges can be made for a product of equal value. Please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization # (RA#) and a return shipping label. Exchanges for items of lesser or greater value must be pre-approved by a Dardano’s customer service Representative. Instructions for Sending in a Return/Exchange Item:
 
  • Print out the Dardano’s Return/Exchange Form.
  • Please complete the Dardano’s return/exchange form completely. 
  • Please contact a customer service representative for an RA# for exchanges
  • This form MUST be included with the returned merchandise.
  • Place item  in its original packaging along with the Dardano’s Return/Exchange Form All items purchased on Dardanos.com must be returned to the internet sales center at:

 Dardano’s store locations will not accept or process any returns or exchanges for products purchased online.
 
Dardano’s is not responsible for items lost or damaged when being shipped to us for a return; we suggest you insure anything you send back to us for the full purchase price.

In-Store Return Policy:

Dardano’s Comfort Guarantee
We welcome you to try your new Footwear for fit and comfort. All we ask is that you do so on a carpeted surface. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new footwear, please return them with your original box and receipt within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
 

After 30 days, or if proof of purchase is not available, a store credit or exchange will be issued.

Footwear that is worn or can’t be restocked is non-returnable.
All sales are final on clearance or sale merchandise. No returns or exchanges.
Items purchased at a Dardano’s Shoes store location can only be returned or exchanged at that Dardano’s location. The Internet Sales Department will not accept or process returns or exchanges for items purchased at a Dardano’s Shoes store location.

Shipping & Handling

All orders will be shipped using UPS ground shipping, unless otherwise specified on your order.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or international addresses. Shipping costs are based off of UPS shipping rates. Orders over $75.00 will be shipped using UPS Ground Shipping free of charge. Free shipping does not include shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, those orders will be charged a 20.00 surcharge for shipping. Next Day Air or other expedited shipping services are extra.

Orders will ship within 24-48 hours of order placement.

Sales Tax

Any orders inside the state of Colorado will be charged a sales tax rate of 7.72% (The Man makes us do it). Any orders placed outside the state of Colorado will be tax free.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
