At Dardano’s Shoes, we understand the importance of getting outdoors. Whether that’s walking, running, hiking, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, rafting, or any of the other countless activities the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer, you can bet that during our time away from work, we’ll be doing something in the great outdoors.

If you’re a Colorado native, or if you’re visiting our site from any other location, we encourage you to get outside and soak in some sunshine and fresh air.

Being in nature has been shown to increase overall health both mentally and physically, so get outside, relax and enjoy it!

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ve decided to share a few of our favorite walks/hikes around the Denver Metro area. We’ve included a couple easy (but beautiful) hikes, along with a more challenging hike at Mount Falcon.

Feel free to leave some of your favorite hikes in the comments below!
